The black-painted brick surrounding this Dunkin’ location gave the exterior and drive-thru a dark, heavy appearance. Rather than creating the bright, welcoming experience customers expect, the building felt closed off to guests approaching the entrance or waiting in their cars to order.
To soften the exterior and bring the area to life, Unreal Designs installed Lavish Leaf paneling across selected portions of the walls. The lush greenery introduced color, texture, and warmth, creating a more inviting environment for walk-up and drive-thru customers alike.
The dark black brick made the restaurant’s exterior and drive-thru area feel enclosed and uninviting. With little color or texture to break up the large painted surfaces, the building lacked the warmth and visual appeal needed to create a positive first impression.
Up close, the Lavish Leaf paneling features a dense mixture of leaf shapes, colors, and textures that creates natural-looking depth. The layered greenery adds visual interest while softening the building’s dark brick exterior.
The addition of Lavish Leaf paneling around the building transformed the restaurant’s exterior into a fresher, more welcoming environment. Vibrant greenery now breaks up the black-painted brick, improving the experience for customers walking toward the entrance and those waiting in the drive-thru.
