What is your shipping policy? 

 Online orders will ship within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted via standard ground shipping. If expedited shipping is needed, please call us at 760.877.8735 and we will do our best to work with you for what is needed.

What is your refund policy?

Custom Orders:

Are these items pre-made or made to order?

Each custom order (artificial hedges, artificial living walls, etc.) is made to order. Please allow time for fabrication, assembly, and delivery/installation if requested. 

What is required to confirm a project? 

To begin production, we do require a 50% deposit of the total amount of the invoice. The remaining balance is due upon completion/delivery/installation. If the order is to be shipped, we require the balance due prior to shipping. We will provide photos of the completed work. 

How do you customize orders? 

Clients are able to choose their own dimensions, materials, and designs (when applicable). We work with you to create your desired design for your Custom Artificial Living Wall. 

Can we request anything? 

Never hurts to request, but we won’t build something we feel is unsafe or dangerous to add to your space (i.e. an unsecured, tall hedge in a windy area). 

What is your custom order purchase guarantee? 

We guarantee every item we build for one year after installation/delivery. If any manufacturing defects due to our error are discovered within a year after purchase, we will repair the item at no cost. After a year, you may be responsible to the repair cost. 

Event Rental: 

What size are your hedges?

Our standard hedges are 8’ high x 4’ wide x 15” deep. Each hedge includes a 12” tall Trex Winchester Gray Composite Wood Base. The height of the base is included in the overall 8’ height of the hedge. 

Are your hedges double sided?

Yes, all of our hedges are covered with premium artificial boxwood on each of their four sides.

Can we hang/add props, signs, flowers, etc. to your hedges? 

Yes, you are welcome to! Many of our clients choose to use our hedges as photo backdrops. You are more than welcome to hang/attach whatever you would like to the hedges. We wouldn’t recommend much more than 10 pounds though.

Do you deliver? How about set up and pick up? 

We do offer delivery, set up and pick up for an additional fee. This fee can be avoided if you would like to pick up your hedges directly from our Escondido location. 

What is required to reserve the rental products? 

To reserve the hedges we require a deposit of 50% of the total of your rental invoice. The remaining 50% will be due on the date of delivery. 

How far in advance should I reserve the hedges? 

We recommend reserving as far in advance as possible to ensure we have your desired amount of hedges for your desired time. You should be safe reserving two months in advance, but you could be cutting it close. 

What forms of payment do you accept?  

We accept cash, check or credit card.

Are the hedges easy to move? How much do they weigh? 

Each of our rental hedges have skid plates on the bottom for ease of movement. Our 8’H x 4’L x 15”W hedges weigh about 145 lbs. Working together, two people should be able to carry a hedge.

Will the hedges blow over in the wind? 

Our hedges are hollow, with the most weight held in the base. The 8’ tall hedges are susceptible to wind gusts. We can offer brackets and weights for each hedge, but they are not a guarantee. High wind gusts could easily take down an 8’ hedge despite attached legs and weights.

Are there any discounts available?

We offer discounts based on the quantity of hedges you would like. It never hurts to ask!
